Spiritual awakening; epiphany. Current events in the Seeker's life will lead to an important realization.
Could refer to a literal judgement; all of the evidence has been made available to the Seeker, and the Seeker has rendered judgement; that judgement will lead to a personal awakening / realization for the Seeker. Upright, Judgement implies that the decision was correct, and this will lead to a fulfilling spiritual epiphany.
The people rising from their coffins are transitioning between phases -- an awakening, a shift in understanding towards enlightnment. The dominance of water implies that this is a spiritual or divine understanding.
